Dear Parents and Guardians of West Texas Elementary Students:
Great things are coming for our district, and with that come temporary changes in drop-off and pick-up procedures. Children will no longer be picked up on our south elementary playground. Instead, all drop-off and pick-up will take place in front of our main entrance on the east side of the building. If you would like to park and escort your child into or out of the building, you may park across the street from the school where it is marked "unattended parking". If you would like to park and wait for your child but will be staying in your vehicle, you may park in the center lane in the street where it is marked "attended parking". if you are simply dropping your child off or picking them up and then going on your way, you may use either the inside or outside lane marked with the arrows. These new procedures will begin Monday, February 3, 2014. As with all new things, we appreciate your patience and ask for you to be especially cautious and watch out for our precious little ones. The MySchoolBucks program is now available at all PSPCISD District campuses. It is a convenient and secure online payment service. The website allows you to deposit money directly into your child's school meal account and view balance/purchase information for the past ninety days.
To access this service:
1. Click on the following link: https://www.myschoolbucks.com/login/getmain.do?action=home
2. From this website you can create your account and add money to your child's school meal account. All you need is your child's name, school, and student ID number. Your child's student ID is listed in the information that was sent home in their report cards and also on their report cards. The instructions listed in the information that was sent home in the report cards will guide you through the process.
Things to know:
If you have more than one child in the district you can handle all online payments from the same online account.
Payments may be made with a Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit or debit card. you may also make payment using an e-check.
In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed to cover bank fees. The convenience fee is $1.95 per deposit transaction. Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $1.95 fee once per deposit transaction. PSPCISD will NOT profit from the use of this site.
Please Note: You may fund up to $120 per child, but a family may pay for all their children on a single transaction.
