About Lori Williams

Lori Williams

I was born in Amarillo, Texas and raised in Fritch.  I graduated from SFHS in 1993.  For several years, I wandered aimlessly, working for a law firm and getting my Massage Therapy License.  I met my husband, Chuck Williams,  in 1999. It must have been love at first sight, because I  married him six weeks later.  We then had two boys, Dalin now 20 and Mason who is 18.  When the boys were babies, I decided to go back to school and get a degree in Nursing.  I absolutely love being a nurse.  I started working in the Intensive Care Unit in Pampa right out of nursing school.  I did some time at Northwest Heart Hospital, working in the CCU.  In August of 2008 I hired on with PSP as the school nurse.  I now work full time here at the school and part time at the hospital.  I go back to Pampa about 3 days a month to work in the Emergency Room, or in the ICU.  That helps keep my skills up and I love having that variety once in awhile.  Although the change from Hospital Nursing to working in a school was quite a culture shock, I have learned to love this job and, I absolutely LOVE these Kids!!  There is not a bad day that these guys can't fix for you!!   Growing up in Fritch, I never imagined that I would ever be a Comanche.  Today I can say that  I am proud to have raised two Comanche boys, both on the 2018 State Champion Basketball team. Both boys were State Golf qualifiers and one earned 4th in State High Jump.  They have had some great coaches…. they did not get that from me. :)

I'm super proud to be a part of the PSP family!
