Requirements for Eligibility for Pre-K/Kindergarten
Eligible Pre-Kindergarten children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2019, and Kindergarten children must be 5 years old by September 1, 2019. Pre-K students must reside within the West Texas Elementary School District. Pre-K students that are currently enrolled at West Texas Elementary do not need to register on this day for Kindergarten. Kindergartners need only attend if they are new to the district.
The following items are required for registration:
1. Immunization Record
2. Official Birth Certificate
3. Social Security Card
4. Proof of Residence (A bill or rental agreement with a physical address)
We must have all of the documents before your child can be assigned to a classroom.
Immunizations must be up to date before your child can be assigned to a classroom.
