The mission of West Texas Elementary is to provide our children with the skills to become proactive, productive citizens of the twenty-first century.


Our website is our primary way to get information to parents of West Texas Elementary students.  As soon as information becomes available, we will post it on this page.

***If your child attended PSPCISD last year, there is no need for you to complete this form.***

*A complete Transfer Application & all required supporting documents must be submitted for the transfer request to be considered. Elementary School for the 2021-22 school year, please complete the following information, and we will mail a PSPCISD Transfer Application to you.

*A complete Transfer Application & all required supporting documents must be submitted in order for the transfer request to be considered.

*Student transfers will be approved based on space and availability of resources, which is limited.

*Transfer applicants who submit a complete application and all supporting documents by July 15, 2021, will be notified of the status of their request no later than July 31, 2021.
